Direct courier tracking
Track an AWB directly with Delhivery or Amazon Shipping.
Send NDR confirmation email
The customer receives a secure response link. A reattempt routes to Delhivery; a false-remark response creates a ParcelX ticket.
Automatic NDR email webhook
Configure the courier’s scan-push webhook to POST to /webhooks/ndr with header x-webhook-secret. Send eventStatus: "NDR", order and AWB, carrier, customer name/email, and the courier remark. The server sends the NDR email immediately.
